Research Abstract

ピリジニウム環とアリール基との分子内カチオンーπ相互作用が様々な有機分子の立体配座制御に有効であることを見出し、置換ジヒドロピリジン類およびシクロプロパン類の立体選択的合成に有効であることを実証した. さらに、本相互作用を分子間に拡張することで、溶液および固相におけるアルケン類の[2+2]付加環化反応が、高い選択性でsynHT 体を与えることを見出し、カチオンーπ相互作用が分子間の立体選択的反応においても有効であることを明らかにした.
