Research Abstract

量子効果を取り入れた分子動力学解析手法を確立し、先端的分子計測技術による流動実験と比較することによって、バイオ・ナノ流動予測技術の妥当性を検討した。ここで開発したシミュレーション技術を、DNA自己組織化流動、抗原・抗体反応、すい島細胞の破壊過程、リゾチーム分子のシリコン基板への吸着現象、二次電池内のリチウムイオン流動、赤血球を含む超微小球体の運動に適用し、工業・臨床応用への有用性を確認した。
