Research Abstract

日本近海の海水温の上昇に伴い、勢力の衰えない台風が我が国に数多く来襲している。その際、極端に高風速の風が生じ、比較的新しく耐風設計された建築物でさえ、屋根破損などを被っている。建築物が実際に存在する人間の生活圏の高さ100m程度までの範囲での強風の実勢がわかっていないことが原因である。本研究では、メソ気象モデルとマイクロLES モデルを、両者の特長を活かしながら融合し、地表近傍での強風に対して変動風速まで含めて推定できる数理モデルを構築した。さらに本モデルを用いて人間の生活圏である地表近傍の強風の実勢を把握し、建築物に被害をもたらす機構を明らかにした。
