Research Abstract

クロマトグラフィー分離プロセスにおける生体認識機構と移動現象を同時に解析した。尿素やポリエチレングリコール(PEG)を移動相に添加することにより、溶出位置は変化したが結合サイト数はほぼ一定であった。イオン交換モノリスdiskを固定化した96穴マイクロプレートによりハイスループットシステムを構築することができた。カラム実験と併用することにより、希望する分離性能が達成できる移動相組成を迅速かつ容易に決定できることを明らかとした
