Research Abstract

研究開始当時、植物の必須元素の一つ、モリブデンはトランスポーターの知られていない唯一の元素であった。本研究はシロイヌナズナの系統間の差を利用して、真核生物で初めてのモリブデントランスポーターを同定し、その活性、発現、生理学的役割について明らかにした。
