| Research Abstract |
自己記入型MCS 判定法を考案し、3 歳6 か月児健診受診者の母親を対象として有病率と関連要因を調べた。協力者は2044 人(回収率47.3%)で、MCS 有病率は5.8%であった。また、MCS と判定された者の症例-対照研究を実施した。MCS 関連要因としては「アレルギー疾患の既往」、「職場で粉塵吸入」、「痛止の服用」、「室内哺乳動物飼育」、「冷え性」、「屋外農薬使用」、「一日の複数洗髪経験」、「ホルムアルデヒド曝露」が示唆された。
