Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、PTHの細胞内シグナルの主要経路である二つのG蛋白質であるGαsとGαqによる骨代謝調節機構を、それぞれ骨組織特異的に遺伝子を欠損させた遺伝子操作マウスを用いて独立に解析し、それぞれの関連シグナルを同定すると同時に、GαsとGαqシグナルのバランスによるPTHの骨形成促進作用の分子メカニズムの解明を行った。骨組織特異的なGαsおよびGαq遺伝子欠損マウスを作出し、その骨組織の解析を行い、また各遺伝子欠損マウスにPTHを投与し、その効果の検討を行った。
