Research Abstract

本研究では、癌の遺伝子治療の向上を図るために標的分子候補の発現機構に基づいた標的細胞内特異的な導入遺伝子の発現や複製を目指し、口腔扁平上皮癌を対象に標的分子候補の発現機構、機能解析およびその周囲組織からの影響を検討した。まずは、腫瘍組織間で差異的発現を認めたSCCA、S100A7やHP 1などを標的候補因子とし、炎症性サイトカインシグナル機構および転写制御への影響の解明も行った。これら結果を踏まえて、口腔扁平上皮癌の個別化遺伝子治療開発の起点を築く。
