Research Abstract

本研究は、フィリピン政党制度及び選挙政治の新しい展開に焦点を当てるため、周辺化された社会層に下院総議席数の20%を割り当てることにより彼らの声を議会に反映させることを目的として1998年から実施されている政党名簿制選挙、および国民の約1割(約8百万人)が国外に滞在し、その内約3百万人が国民経済において不可欠な出稼ぎ労働者であることに鑑み、2004年選挙から導入された海外不在投票制度を調査分析する.
