| Research Abstract |
青年女子の健康、生活、食生活の20年間における推移及び食と健康の関連を検討し、以下の結果が見いだせた。(1)BMIは低下、痩せの割合は20年間で約2倍と増大、(2)疲労自覚症状は増大、(3)活動量としての歩数は増大、(4)食生活では各種栄養素摂取量は低下、食品摂取状況と食べ方を評価するバランススコアと食生態スコアは共に低下、朝食では簡単な組み合わせが増大する等、20年間で食生活には好ましくない推移が認められた。(5)疲労自覚症状の増大には食生活や痩せ志向が大きく関与していた。
