Research Abstract |
We researched on the development of workshop-style training programs connected to curriculum development of integrated studies and partially about subjects and so on. 1)We developed workshop-style training programs connected to curriculum development of integrated studies in conjunction with the research partnership schools and the education boards. We developed workshop-style training programs based on curriculum management model. There contents are about realization of education goal, risk management, development of community-based materials, connection of integrated studies and subjects, curriculum evaluation and so on. 2)We developed the manuals to explain methods of workshop, worksheets and questionnaires. 3)We actively utilized the workshop-style method not only for teacher training but also for children learning. We did mainly at integrated studies, and specially at the situation of self-evaluation and mutual-evaluation by children. This application to learning by children became activated the workshop-style teacher training. 4)We developed seven types on workshop-style lesson study (KJ-method, use of strip of paper, conceptualization-sheet, matrix, use of teaching plan sheet, curriculum management model sheet and Takashi-style discussion ). 5)We developed the workshop-style training to make plan for workshop-style training in school. 6)We developed the mutual and self-evaluation system for younger teachers to cultivate their teaching skills about integrated studies, and modeled plan of collaborative learning based on this system by using internet. 7)We mainly discussed by information network to promote this research. 8)We made research report(180 pages).
