Research Abstract

本研究課題の下、以下に挙げる研究の展開と成果を通じ、ナノ・フォノニクス分野の進展と、新たな音響量子素子の設計への道を拓くことが出来たと、結論される。
(1) ナノ構造中の量子化熱伝導度の低温下における破綻と回復現象の発見
(2) 1次元周期超格子構造中のフォノンの共振モード、並びにナノ・マイクロ・ディスク構造におけるフォノン・キャビティモードの発見とその特性解明
(3) フォノニック結晶中の表面導波路モードの確認とその安定性解析
(4) ナノ人工オパールにおけるフォノンの完全ギャップの発見とバンド構造の解明
(5) フォノン・ソリトンの伝播における多次元性効果の解明
(6) 熱パルス実験で発見されたCaWO4 結晶中のフォノンの「特異モード」の解明
