Research Abstract

英語ジョーク理解はふつうのコミュニケーションの意味理解と同じメカニズムを用いている。ジョークのために特殊な装置は必要がない。類似性にもとづくコミュニケーションは人間のコミュニケーションの基本であり、その類似性にもとづくジョークと、推論にもとづくジョークとは理解の段階で、共通点があり、どこか(表現同士、あるいは、知識と表現にずれが生じ、それにより、効果として笑いが生じているのである。
