Research Abstract

本研究は, メカニズム・デザイン理論を法と経済学で研究されている研究課題に応用することにより、経済制度の比較や新しい経済制度の設計を目指した。メカニズムデザイン論の観点から法学を方法的に再構築するための基礎研究として、常木は単著(後掲)を完成した。芹澤は、ライセンスや不分割財を割りあてる際に私的情報を引き出して効率的配分を達成するオークション理論を研究し、理論的論文を公刊した。また、西條との共同で、公共入札工事制度に関す実験研究を行い論文を発表した
