We have accomplished following research work:
1)We researched the wide ranged preceding studies from the different point of view
2)We attended the several conferences and exhibition of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to know the trend of the EMR and to collect information, reputation of the EMR.

a)Performed peer interview to Mr.Shinichi Tamaki, Manager of the St.Luke's hospital. He was a chief officer and charged of the EMR project. June 3, 2005 and March 1, 2006.
b)Performed participated observation and interview to the doctor's team at Okinawa Chubu hospital, February 7 to 9, 2005.
c)Performed participated observation to the management system, Kochi Medical Center, March 16 to 18,2006.
