| Research Abstract |
本研究は、社会的参画機会の剥奪が生活困難を形成するという社会的排除の観点から、特定地域に集中した生活困難が諸要因の複合的相互作用の結果として生じるという理解にたつ。外国人労働者の集住地(美濃加茂市、可児市、浜松市、横浜市)での調査を通してその検証を試みた。外国人労働者としての就業条件に規定された不安定な生活基盤は生活課題を複合化させているが、その支援は生活への包括的支援ではなく「不安定定住」化が進行している。
