Research Abstract |
The web-type teaching materials are developed to help students understand the framework of general education of information technology not only from the scientific viewpoint but also the viewpoint of educational practice. The materials consist of 248 terms, and these terms are hierarchically arranged. These terms themselves and the hierarchical structure are easily renewable by coping with the advance of information technology. Students are able to visually and systematically understand the contents of each term and the framework of how terms relate to one another. The questionnaire is administered to estimate the value as teaching materials. The analysis shows the web-type teaching materials are highly available for their development purpose.
