Research Abstract

分子振動励起による非弾性トンネル電流に関しては、C_2H_2/Cu(001)に対し、イメージング図を描くことができた。架橋系を含む一般的な弾性電流成分に対しては、S行列理論を適用し、位相のずれを用いて電気伝導度を表すことができ、それを用いて種々の実験事実を説明した。また、チャンネルとはどういうものであるべきかを示した。超伝導系の表面近傍における対生成に対し、Laue表示を用いた定式化を行い、表面・界面に局在状態ができる場合に局在状態状態間の対生成により、表面・界面近傍で超伝導転移温度が上昇し得ることを示した。
