Research Abstract |
Thermoluminescence of X-ray-irradiated CdS-doped glasses has been measured. The effect of thermal annealing and the X-ray energy dependence of thermoluminescence have been investigated. The intensity of thermoluminescence is almost independent of effective X-ray energy for energies higher than 33 keV. The intensity of thermoluminescence is relatively stable at room temperature.
