Research Abstract

リラクサ圧電単結晶板において、巨大横効果圧電性(巨大k_(31))をもつ要因を結晶面と分極温度・分極方向との関係およびP-Eヒステリシス曲線・変位特性と印加電界との関係からそれぞれ明らかにした。また、分極電界に対する強誘電体ドメインの振動挙動を有限要素法により解析し、巨大k_(31)の起源を明らかにした。更に、巨大k_(31)をもつ単結晶板を使用し、エネルギー変換効率で約5倍の高効率を有するバイモルフ素子の開発を行った。
