Research Abstract

いくつかの抗原抗体間相互作用系を対象として、溶液中での蛋白質の動的挙動が反映される熱力学量や速度論量を主な指標として、静的な構造情報を補完する一般側の導出や方法論有効性の検証を目指した。抗体の抗原認識は多種多様であり、その解析から分子認識の一般側が得られ、さらに複数の抗原結合部位の可動性を解析することで、抗原上の比較的小さな構造変化から大きな構造変化にいたる動的挙動に関する結果が得られた。
