Research Abstract |
遺伝子組換えタンパク質の活性ペプチドであるp53pと細胞膜を貫通する作用を有するAntennapedia(Ant)を融合させたp53p-Antをマイクロカプセルに封入し、ラット脳腫瘍モデルの腫瘍内で長期にわたり放出させることで生存日数が延長し、抗腫瘍効果が得られた。抗結核薬のリファンピシン(RFP)ナノ粒子の経肺投与製剤を調製し、結核菌が潜む肺胞マクロファージ内に高効率で取り込ませることに成功した。
