Research Abstract

αシヌクレインの凝集体生成に対する酸化ストレスの影響を試験管内反応で検討することでニトロ化修飾の影響を示唆し、またこの知見から、酸化ストレス検討に有用な化合物開発を行い、機能性光誘起型NO発生剤の開発、二光子励起光誘起型NO発生剤、ニトロ化選択的活性酸素消去剤の開発、および細胞内部位特異的酸化ストレス計測プローブの開発を行い、それぞれの目的の性能を発揮することを示した。
