Research Abstract

Bリンパ細胞は抗原受容体(BCR)を介して抗原(異物)を認識し、その異物を排除するために抗原特異的な抗体を産生する。この抗原の結合によりBCRからもたらされる信号は、Bリンパ細胞の分化段階に応じて、細胞の分化、活性化、細胞死といった様々な細胞反応を引き起こす。本研究において、新規のタンパク脱リン酸化酵素調節サブユニットであるG5PRが、リンパ細胞の生存に必須の分子であり、BCR信号伝達の調整に重要な役割を果たしていることを明らかにした。
