Research Abstract |
(1) Assessment of sleep status by sleep sensor (2) Relationship of sleep, endocrine function, and brain function (3) Relationship of sleep and hereditary predisposition (4) Relationship of sleep status, stress, and hereditary predisposition (5) Assessment of sleep anti-circadian rhythm work style and sleep health : High Risk Strategy (6) Assessment of sleep and lifestyle factors by data form 200,000 workers : General Population Strategy We conducted those surveys, and summarized those results to develop measures for sleep disturbance and establishing sleep medicine for health. 1. Establishing sleep medicine for health We analyzed data of 2005 to 2007 continuously and comprehensively, for essential analysis to establish sleep medicine for health. 2. Measures for sleep disturbance We analyzed data of sleep, stress, lifestyle, and health status parameters of 2005 to 2007 comprehensively, for essential analysis to establish new measures for sleep disturbance. 3. Prevention of diseases and increasing health status Our results might make a contribution for prevention of diseases and increasing health status through sleep medicine for health.
