Research Abstract

パニック障害患者を対象とした治療用バーチャルリアリティ(以下VR)エクスポージャーのソフトウェアを開発し、実用化できるシステムを構築した。パニック障害患者を対象にVRエクスポージャー治療を行い、効果測定ならびに現実場面でのエクスポージャー治療との比較研究を行った。その結果、現実場面でのエクスポージャーと同様な治療効果を持つことが示された。また、回避場面の暴露によるリアルタイムでの症状計測ならびに効果測定に有用な診断・治療機器であることが示唆された。
