Research Abstract

慢性膵炎の病因および病態を解明するうえで膵臓の線維化機序を検討することは重要である。Smad3は線維化に関与していることが知られており、膵においてもSmad3の発現亢進により、線維化の増悪が予想される。Smad3 導入遺伝子レポーターベクターは、テトラサイクリン応答因子を有するレポーターベクターにSmad3のcDNAを組み込んだマウスを作製した。Smad3を組み込んだマウスは16匹が得られ、PCRにて8匹(8系統)が確認できた。F1では8系統の内、5系統のマウスを得ることができた。F2では、3系統が継代可能であり、今後表現型などを検討する予定である。
