Research Abstract |
慢性腎臓病患者より血液を採取し酸化ストレスの定量と白血球NAD(P)Hオキシダーゼの遺伝子発現を検討した。血液中の酸化ストレスは腎障害の進行に従い増加し、特に末期腎不全である血液透析群で有意な上昇を認めた。白血球からmRNAを抽出し、NAD(P)Hオキシダーゼのp22phox遺伝子発現を調査すると、同様に血液透析腎不全群で酸化ストレスは有意に上昇し、この上昇は透析膜の性能や透析期間とは関連がなかったが、心筋自己抗体の陽性者頻度が上昇した。
