Research Abstract

磁場の不均一性による急速なMR信号減衰や、低い水分含有量および心拍と呼吸運動による画像劣化などの理由により末梢肺野領域は、MRIのもっとも不得意とする領域であり、従来から呼吸器画像診断には利用されていなのが現状である。我々は、肺組織の空気伸展固定法により、末梢肺野領域をMRIにより解析する方法を確立した。この方法を使用することにより、ラット非心原性急性肺水腫モデル、肺動脈塞栓モデル、間質性肺炎モデル、心原性肺水腫モデルの末梢肺野領域解析を行うことにより、その病理変化が描き出す構造変化を明らかにすることに成功した。
