Research Abstract

癌細胞に過剰に発現するシグマレセプターを標的とする癌の核医学分子イメージング診断用放射性薬剤の開発を目指して、新規化合物を合成、評価し、有望な放射性化合物を見出した。これら放射性化合物は、動物実験等において、ターゲットである癌のシグマレセプターに選択的に集積し、癌の良好な画像を得ることができた。また、これら化合物の集積は、癌の悪性度と相関するものであり、新しいメカニズムに基づく画像診断薬剤としてさらなる展開が期待された。
