| Research Abstract |
関節リウマチに使用する各薬剤の血中半減期を測定し、また動物モデルにおいては血中濃度に加えて、関節周囲組織(滑膜、関節包、関節液)中の薬剤の分布を組織学的に検討した。パイロット分子を持ち、内核には抗リウマチ薬を封入しうるナノカプセルを試作し、関節炎モデルでのin vivo 効果を検討した。
