Research Abstract

体位依存性OSAS患者と非体位依存性OSAS患者の問には上気道に解剖学的構造の違いが存在した。この解剖学的特徴は側臥位睡眠時に気道開存性を保つメカニズムに寄与していると考えられた。OSASの治療として側臥位睡眠があるが、解剖学的特徴がその有効性に影響を及ぼすという意義ある結果が得られた。
