Research Abstract

4年間の研究期間で、下顎頭軟骨形成過程における転写因子(Runx2, Osterix, Sox9)、成長因子(IGF)の発現パターンが明らかになるとともに、新規軟骨細胞増殖因子であるcartducinの下顎頭軟骨形成に対する機能の一端が明らかとなった。この間に原著論文13報(いずれも査読ありの雑誌)を出版した。
