Research Abstract

臍帯血からの間葉系細胞のstrainの樹立さらに寿命を延長することに成功し、それぞれの細胞の特徴性格づけも行った。さらに月経血からの間葉系細胞の骨格筋への高率な分化誘導にも成功した。この技術はヒト正常体細胞を用いた将来の細胞移植治療の応用の際に大きな利益をもたらすと考える。
