Research Abstract

新人看護師の職場適応を促進するために、ストレス反応モデル「ストレス反応と職場適応への影響要因」に基づいて介入プログラムとその評価方法について考案した。介入プログラム(以下プログラムとする)は、「新人看護師自身がストレス反応を把握し、その要因について客観的に自己評価を行い、具体的な対応策を考えることができる」ことを目標に、新人看護師に対して2006年度と2007年度に実施し、さらに介入プログラムの評価のための調査を行った。
