| Research Abstract |
訪問看護師・訪問介護職などを通じて在宅療養者宅におけるペットの飼育の現状、問題点を把握するとともに、実際に在宅療養者宅における細菌学的な調査を実施した。その結果、不衛生な飼育状況やペットが介護サービスの提供にも影響を及ぼしているケースが少なからずあることが明らかになった。しかし、ペットを飼うことに対しては肯定的な意見が多く、療養者に対するメリットを考慮したうえでの関わりが必要であると考えられた。
