Research Abstract

その初演形態が失われたロマンティック・バレエの代表作『ジゼル』の原初の振付を再現するために、初演以外の場所(ベルリン、ミュンヘン、ウィーン、コペンハーゲンなど)で資料調査を行った。その結果、初演当時の振付の再現にまでは至らなかったが、この作品の舞台面をさまざまな意味で構成していた文化史的・思想的・文学的な背景、また踊りの根本的性格そのものも、その多くを明らかにすることができた。
