Research Abstract

日本人の中学生と高校生を対象にして、睡眠問題に関する疫学調査を実施した。その結果、睡眠障害は新たな不健康な精神・心理的状況の発症のリスクファクターとなること、また、不健康な精神・心理的状況は新たな睡眠障害の発症のリスクファクターとなることが示され、睡眠障害と精神・心理的状況は、それぞれが他方の原因にも結果にもなりうる両方向性の関連にあることが明らかとなった。
