Research Abstract

本研究では、マイクロ抽出技術ならびにキャピラリークロマトグラフィー手法を用いた新規な毛髪分析法の開発を行うことを目的とする。
本研究で開発する毛髪分析法は、ごく少量の毛髪をキャピラリーに充填し、このキャピラリー内に気体状あるいは液体状の少量の溶媒等を通過させて分析対象物質を抽出すると同時に、直接クロマトグラフへ導入し、毛髪中の化学物質を分離・同定・定量するものである。
最終年度である平成18年度は、以下のような研究項目について検討した。
1.実試料への応用および従来法との比較
(1)実試料抽出条件の検討
前年度の研究成果を受けて、実際に、ヒトの毛髪からニコチン等の薬物を抽出・分離・定量した。試料には、試料提供者から採取した毛髪を用いて、抽出条件ならびに再現性等について系統的に検討し、最適化した。
(2)従来法との比較
本研究で開発した抽出法と、従来から行われてきたアルカリ溶解等による抽出法を比較した。その結果、本研究で開発した新規抽出法は、きわめて短時間で抽出が完了する上に、抽出効率についても従来法と同等の値であることが明らかとなった。
2.他の薬物類への応用例の検索
他の薬物の迅速分離分析に対する応用可能性についても検討した。その結果、他の薬物についても、質量分析計を備えたガスクロマトグラフシステムを応用することにより、十分に分析可能であることが示され、今後の実用化研究への足がかりが確立できた。
なお、上記の研究成果については、論文あるいは国内外の国際学術会議等でも広く発表している。
