Research Abstract

個人(遺伝)情報や、逐次変化する身体情報、さらには社会情報を的確に認識し、その状態に適応するインターフェースを構築するため、基幹となる検出素子としてのバイオセンサ・チッププロトタイプを構築した。とくに
1)ナノ自己組織化材料による大規模集積型-細胞機能融合デバイスの端緒として、光増感剤で修飾した酸化亜鉛ナノロッド基板によって、神経系株化細胞群に対する細胞膜穿孔に成功した。
2)関連する共同研究成果を基に地域新生コンソーシアム(経産省)に採択され、応用的展開への成果を得た。
3)実体あるヒューマンインターフェースとして、バイオセンサ実装運用を行い得るロボットの研究を進めており、国際ロボット展などでデモを行った他、企業・自治体との共同開発も進行中である。
さらに、ナノバイオデバイスを想定して、DNAなどのバイオ分子の自己組織化、クローニングを利用したナノ構造制御によるバイオセンサ・メモリの創製や、走査プローブ顕微鏡を用いたナノ領域物性に関する研究を実施している。またDNA塩基間水素結合やタンパク質-DNA結合の直接評価を目指して、新しい分光法としてのTHz分光(Far-IR分光)によるDNA・蛋白質分子などの生体関連材料の結合状態計測も並行して実施した。
