Research Abstract

本研究は,知的・電子材料システムの設計・開発及び信頼性・耐久性評価に資することを目的に,先端超磁歪材料・薄膜システムの電磁破壊力学特性を,マイクロ・ナノ構造及び磁区等との相互作用を考慮して解明したものである.得られた成果を要約すると以下の通りである.
1.磁歪材料Terfeno1-D(Tb_<0.3>Dy_<0.7>Fe_<1.9>)層と金属(SUS316・Cu・Al)基板から構成される超磁歪積層アクチュエータを作製した.そして,アクチュエータに磁場を印加し,伸びひずみを計測して,磁歪特性を評価した.また,有限要素解析(圧磁係数に及ぼす磁場の影響考慮)により,実験結果に理論的検討を加え,磁区回転に起因する非線形磁気力学特性解明に成功した.さらに,基板の先端たわみ及び内部応力に及ぼす磁場の影響を明らかにした.
2. (1)超磁歪/圧電積層デバイスの電磁力学特性に及ぼす内部微視構造変化(磁壁移動・分域壁移動等)の影響解明を目指し,傾斜機能圧電センサ・アクチュエータの動的曲げ試験・非線形有限要素解析を行った.そして,感知・応答特性に及ぼす電場・周波数及び分域壁移動等の影響を解明した.
(2)Terfenol-D層と圧電(PZT)板から構成される超磁歪/圧電積層デバイスを作製し,磁場による伸びひずみを計測して,磁歪特性を明らかにした.また,非線形有限要素解析(圧磁係数に及ぼす磁場の影響考慮)を行い,圧電板の先端たわみ・伸び,出力電圧及び内部応力に及ぼす磁場及び超磁歪層厚・積層構造の影響について検討を加えた.
