Research Abstract

(1)アセタールをTESOTf-コリジンで処理すると生じる弱いカチオン性を持つコリジニウム塩中間体を用いる有機合成反応の開発を行い、以下の成果を得た。
(i) 中間体を種々のアルコールで捕捉する非常に緩和な0,0-混合アセタールの合成法を見出しているが、さらに中間体をN求核種およびS求核種で捕捉することにより、0,N-アセタール、0,S-アセタールの高効率的合成にも成功した。
(ii)中間体に対して、リン原子やエナミン、シアノ基等の求核種導入反応にも成功した。
(ii)アセタール型保護基であるTHPエーテルの脱保護に成功したが、今回、その反応もコリジニウム塩中間体を経ていることを明らかにし、Gilman反応剤を用いて炭素求核種の導入に成功した。
(iii)アルケニルアルコールのTHPエーテルから生成するコリジニウム塩中間体に、もう一分子のアルケニルアルコールを導入して、THP由来の基をTetherとして2個の二重結合を持つジアルケニルアルコール体を収率良く得ることに成功し、またその閉環メタセシス反応も収率良く進行することを見出した。現在、糖由来の光学活性なTHPエーテルを用いて不斉合成への展開を図っている。
(2) (i)アセタールをTESOTf-有機リンで処理すると、カチオン性ホスホニウム塩中間体を生成することを見出し、水での後処理によりアルデヒド体を収率良く得ることに成功した。
(ii)ジメチルアセタールのTESOTf-有機リン処理で得られるカチオン性中間体をGrignard反応剤で処理すると、炭素求核種が導入され、かつメチルエーテルがアルコールとなった生成物が得られるという予期しない反応を見出した。そこで更に反応機構を明らかにすべく検討し、幾つかの興味深い知見を得た。
