Research Abstract

平成19年度は前年度までに行ってきた化学的アパタイトコーティングに関する実験を行い、インプラントの活性化表面処理への酸処理の応用を検討するため、アパタイトコーティング条件の再検討および処理面の生体適合性評価を行った。生体適合性評価は骨芽細胞様細胞を用い、細胞増殖、細胞接着、細胞形態の観察、アルカリフォスファターゼ活性の測定により評価したが、前年と同様に、明確な差は認められなかった。In vitro評価の限界が感じられたが、少なくとも、生体適合性を低下させるということはないという事は確証された。一方、チタンと前装する陶材との接着強さを向上するための酸処理条件を検討した。さらに、チタンと前装する陶材との接着耐久性を把握するため,冷熱サイクル試験を行った.4℃と60℃を1分間,繰り返して浸漬する冷熱サイクルを2万回行った後,接着強度を測定した.このデータをもとに,さらに酸処理条件の最適化を再検討する.硬質レジンの接着強度向上に効果を有する結果を平成17年度の研究により得たが、陶材焼付に対する酸処理の効果は認められなかった。
