Research Abstract

中小企業の資金調達環境の推移と現状、さらに資金調達環境と経済状況や景気とのかかわりについて、引き続き幅広く検討を進めた。また、中小企業金融関連政策について、前年度までに行ったデータ収集、文献収集、ヒヤリング等の各種作業、および学会発表やドラフトの公表等から得たフィードバックを出発点として引き続き検討を進めた。今年度、まず、中小企業の景気動向について、日銀短観や法人企業景気予測調査には小企業や個人企業は含まれていないが、これらの層は経済全体の中で無視できない大きさを占めていること、これらの層の景況感はかなり悪い状態で推移していること、さらに小企業層の景況感調査の個票にもとづき、集計された景況感の背後に個別企業レベルでの業績と景況感の一定の対応関係があることなどを示す研究結果が公刊された。また、小企業の退出行動について、経済状況の悪化を直接の理由とする退出以外にも様々な理由による退出が行われていること、相対的に若い場合、男性の場合、金融機関からの借入がある場合、売上が減少傾向にある場合等に前者を理由とする退出の確率が高いことなどを示す研究結果が公刊された。さらに、中小企業が大部分を占める企業倒産について実証研究を行い、金融政策やマクロ経済のショックが企業倒産に与える影響の方向性およびその程度を具体的に計測した。これについては今年度学会報告を行っており、論文等として公表を進める予定である。
