Research Abstract

ミラー対称性とは,2つの位相的弦理論(リーマン面から多様体への正則写像の数え上げに対応するA模型と複素多様体の変形理論に対応するB模型)の等価性である.ミラー対称性や位相的弦理論は多様体の定性的および定量的な性質に関するさまざまな予想を与え,これまで個別に研究されてきた数学を結び付けるので極めて興味深い.これらの物理的対象を数学的に定式化して,ミラー対称性の背後にある数学的真理を解明するのは非常に重要な問題である.
本年度も引き続き,特異点の圏論的取り扱いによる「平坦構造」の統一的導出を目的として研究を行ってきた.より具体的には,特異点理論で80年代中旬に開発された「行列分解」のアイデアと「Landau-Ginzburgorbifold理論」と呼ばれる物理理論により,3変数重み付き斉次多項式で定まる特異点と有限次元非可換代数の間にあるミラー対称性予想を数学的に定式化し,その証明を目標とした。
とくに,アーノルドの「奇妙な双対性」のホモロジー的ミラー対称性の観点による新たな解釈を得て,論文「Categories of graded matrix factorizations for regular systems of weights with ε=-1」(arXiv:07080210)としてまとめた.また論文「Weighted Projective Lines Associated to Regular Systems of Weights Dual Type」(arXiv:0711.3907)において,ミラー双対をもつ2次元超曲面特異点の三角圏はある有限次元微分次数付環の導来圏と同値になることを示した
