Research Abstract

本研究は,センサ・アクチュエータ等を一体融合化した知能電子デバイスの設計・開発に資することを目的に,圧電効果を有する電子複合材料の感知・応答特性評価を数値シミュレーション・実験両面から行ったものである.得られた成果を要約すると以下の通りである.
1.(1)交流電場下における両端固定傾斜機能圧電アクチュエータの非線形動的曲げ挙動を理論・実験両面から明らかにした.有限要素解析は,圧電層の分域壁移動を考慮して行い,たわみ・音圧及び内部応力に及ぼす交流電圧・傾斜組成分布の影響を解明した.また,音圧を測定し,解析結果と実験結果を比較・検討して,解析モデルの妥当性を検証した.
(2)交流電場下における両端固定傾斜機能圧電トランスデューサを対象に,非線形動的曲げ・出力電圧挙動に関する有限要素解析(分域壁移動を考慮)・試験を行い,音圧・出力電圧及び内部電場・応力に及ぼす交流電圧・傾斜組成分布の影響を解明した.
(3)片持ち傾斜機能圧電トランスデューサを対象に,交流電場・集中荷重による先端たわみ・出力電圧及び内部応力を有限要素解析(分域壁移動を考慮)し,非線形動的曲げ・出力電圧挙動を解明した.また,先端たわみ・出力電圧を測定し,解析結果と比較・考察した.
2.(1)円環状き裂を有する圧電繊維複合材料の軸対称問題を取り上げ,き裂の電気弾性挙動を理論的に解明した.
(2)1-3圧電コンポジットの電気力学場集中及び周波数特性に関する数値シミュレーション・実験を行い,静的・動的電場誘起の変位・内部応力に及ぼす角柱・円柱状圧電ロッド体積含有率の影響を解明した.
