Research Abstract

本年度は研究期間の3年目最終年度である。
初年度においで施行したASL法ファン下ム実験の結果にういて、英文誌「Magnetic Resonance in Medical Sciences」にて掲載された。
また、臨床応用として、ASL法による灌流画像を脳腫瘍患者に施行した。実用的な評価法として、腫瘍の最大信号値を正常大脳皮質の平均信号で除算しな相対的灌流値を考案した。この相対的灌流値と、脳腫瘍の病理組織学的所見との対比として、各症例の病理組織標本にて病理標本においてCD34で標識された血管内皮細胞をもとに血管腔を同定、その面積を視野面積で除算した相対的血管腔値を算出し、比較したところ、強い直線的相関を示した。すなわち、ASL法による灌流画像は脳腫瘍における血管増生の程度を評価するのに有用と考えられた。この結果を、平成19年5月19-25日に開催されたJoint Annual Meething of International Society for Magenti Resonance in Medicineにて口演発表した。この結果を英文誌「American Journal of Neuroradiology」に寄稿中である。
また、ファントム実験と脳腫瘍の結果を教育展示形式にて93th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of Radiological Society of North Americaにて電子ポスター発表した。
