Research Abstract

医療組織全体における組織文化研究の報告はなされていなかった。この度、組織員が持ちうる価値規範を文献レビューし、76項目からなる組織文化を測定する質問紙の開発を試みた。
組織文化が組織の業績に影響することは、実証研究が多数報告されている。よい業績に影響をしている組織文化は何か、それをどのように創造し、継承してきたのか。この問いにアプローチすべく、組織員に面接調査を行った結果、ヒエラルキーの重要性が窺えた。
