Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、位相コヒーレントなキラル磁気結晶をベースとして超広帯域にかけての論理操作や干渉操作を実現する複合システムを構築することを目指している。そのため“キラル磁性体におけるGHz帯のスピン波応答”を“CSL ダイナミクスを介した低周波応答”や“キラル磁性体上に配置するキラルな金ナノ構造におけるキラルなプラズモン応答”に変換する基盤技術を確立する。
本年度はキラル磁気結晶における磁気共鳴について、その基本特性の解析を進めた。スピン波定在波モデルを導入し、試料サイズ依存性を説明することに成功し、学会発表、論文発表を行った。モデル構築により研究基盤を確立することができた。
また、位相欠陥の存在が磁気共鳴特性に影響することを見出した。透過電子顕微鏡を用いた直接観察を併用して、位相欠陥の生成過程を解析し、磁気共鳴特性の制御方法を確立することに成功した。論文投稿の準備を進めている。
昨年度より伝搬特性の最適化を図ってきた高周波アンテナ回路にキラル磁気結晶を配置し、スピン波伝搬の実験に着手した。結晶方向に応じた強い伝搬異方性を見出した。学会発表を行い、論文投稿の準備を進めている。
キラル磁気結晶に電極やキラルな金ナノ構造を配置し、光照射による磁気構造や低周波ダイナミクスへの影響を調べた。光照射下での磁気抵抗測定により、キラル増強プラズモン電場によりCSL形成が妨げられることを見出した。微細キラル磁性体に強く働く表面バリアがより強化されることを示唆しており、CSL-キラルプラズモン結合系を構築することに成功した。プラズモン場を用いたスピン波伝搬特性を調べるための実験準備を進めている。
