Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究のもとで以前より研究を行ってきた深層学習を用いた遺伝子発現データ、遺伝子変異データ、遺伝子進化データの統合解析による腫瘍のサブタイプ分類法について研究を進め、研究を完成させた。なお具体的には、前年度までに開発したPPIESスコアを用いて重要な遺伝子を選択して遺伝子発現データと遺伝子変異を統合するFESという手法と、多次元尺度構成法を用いて遺伝子発現データ、遺伝子変異データ、遺伝子進化データを統合するIMSの2種類を完成させ、既存手法と比較して、FES,IMSともに有用性があることを示した。そして以前に国際会議論文として発表した結果をより充実させJournal版を出版した。
一方、ブーリアンネットワークという離散数理モデルを用いて複数のネットワークにおける定常状態を解析するという問題について新たに取り組んだ。具体的には、ランダムにネットワークを生成した場合の共通に含まれる定常状態の個数の理論解析を行うとともに、その定常状態を検出する手法を開発した。さらに、その手法をを腫瘍細胞のネットワークモデルに適用し、有用性を評価した。
